I love the flexibility of virtual appointments which allows us to stay in during this time. Sometimes there is a long wait for the virtual appointment but still better than having to go into the office when not necessary.

the wait time was long, however the interview was conducted well, beats driving to the office on a cold or hot day, Dr. Lalani was charismatic on line however would have liked a face to face interview for my initial visit.
