Had RFA done. This procedure used to be done with IV sedation but Medicare decided its beneficiaries didn’t need that level of comfort. Thankfully Dr Lalani has excellent local anesthetic technique. Other than feeling a slight prick at times the procedure was painless. Good rapport with his staff during the procedure. My procedure was delayed over an hour due to equipment malfunction earlier in the day. This was not communicated to me but not going to deduct any stars because the procedure went so well. He said I would “hate” him once all the anesthetic wore off but no substantial pain 30 hrs later.
