Great doctor and practitioner but bad experience today. Had 9:45am appointment and did not see Dr Lalani until after 10:45. He was great as usual when we did visit.

Dr Lalani is an excellent doctor. I have been his patient for four years. He is highly educated. He always listens carefully, and he answers all questions patiently. He thoroughly explains the causes of my symptoms, and he kindly describes the treatment needed. I highly recommend him to one and all.
All of the members of his staff are friendly, kind, professional, patient and efficient.

Every one in this office knows their job and proffesionally competent. Medically speaking, they are excellent in what and how they do everything.
However, no one ever greets you with a smile. Everyone talks and behaves like a robot. I feel like, it does not matter and they do not care if they ever get my business or not.

Staff was very friendly as well as professional. The PA Jessica was very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Dr Lalani is a wonderful, caring Dr, who listens attentively and makes sure you understand your problem. He is very thorough and does not rush you at all. I am so pleased with my appointment and glad I was referred to him!

They are very thorough in their questions! And take their time in asking each & every question. When Dr. Lalani came in he was very thorough in his assessment! He requested further testing to be certain and I’m hoping he definitely gets to the bottom of my medical issue!
