I am a new referral to Dr. Lalani. The check-in process was very easy. The receptionist was very nice. It was crowded in the waiting room, but we were told about the extra waiting room. I appreciated the extra waiting room. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.

There is never a rushed feeling with Dr.Lalani. His PA Rainer also is thorough assessing and documenting detailed information. When Dr. Lalani reviews the documentation, comes in exam room and does his examination, he’s prepared to provide understandable explanations addressing my issue offering solutions. I was very happy with the way the first visit went, from the front desk to walking out; it was a breeze. Everyone in the office was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr Lalani was friendly, and professional;with a observational approach in diagnosing the problem. I give them all an A+!

The doctors assistant is very friendly and helpful, smiling and interesting. Dr Lalani is the best, asks questions and answers your questions. I really like that he doesn't rush you.He sits and explain everything to you. So glad he's my doctor.

I wish I had a tablet and pen in hand to ask questions such as: Exactly what is it?
How is it treated? How serious is it? What over the counter meds can I take?
I googled it and totally freaked out.

I was a first time patient. Dr. Lalani's nurse made a thorough survey of what my problems were and were not. Dr. Lalani then came in and, using data which the nurse given him, asking further questions, and doing some tests, gave a very reasoned analysis of the problem that made good sense to me, and recommended how I should deal with it and what was most likely to solve it.
